Shipping & Delivery
Yes, we currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom. Delivery is mainly available to mainland UK addresses. Some remote areas, offshore islands, Northern Ireland or other special regions may require additional review and may not always be available.
Orders placed on our UK store are currently shipped from our warehouse and fulfilment partners in mainland China.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment is successfully completed. During peak periods, product launches, holidays or promotional campaigns, processing may take longer.
After processing, standard delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes around 7–14 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays, weather or remote delivery locations.
Yes. We currently offer free standard shipping on orders placed through our UK store, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.
Orders may be delivered by DHL, UPS, local delivery partners or other international shipping providers, depending on the shipment and destination.
Possibly. If your order includes multiple items, accessories or products from different stock batches, it may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear online.
Customs & Clearance
In some cases, customs or courier clearance charges may be requested by the carrier or customs authority before delivery, depending on the shipping route and customs process.
Please complete the required customs process promptly to avoid delivery delays or parcel return. Keep your payment proof and the customs or courier receipt, then contact our support team with your order number and relevant supporting documents. Eligible cases will be reviewed and handled accordingly.
Yes. Certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time, and in some cases an extra remote area surcharge may apply. If this is required, our team may contact you before shipment.
Orders, Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Requests made within 12 hours of purchase can usually be handled without additional charge. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If cancellation is requested after shipment, any related return shipping costs or handling costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise confirmed by GMKtec.
Returns, Refunds & Warranty
If you purchase from our UK store as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. After telling us you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back within 14 days.
Yes, change-of-mind returns are accepted within the cancellation period, provided the item is returned in good condition, complete with accessories and original packaging where reasonably possible, and without misuse or damage beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos. Depending on the case, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial refund or full refund.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise agreed. For verified faulty, damaged, incorrect or warranty-covered items, we will review the case and may provide a return label, reimburse reasonable standard return shipping costs, or offer another suitable solution.
If your return or cancellation is approved, refunds are generally processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or after you provide evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever happens first in accordance with applicable law.
Yes. GMKtec provides a 1-year limited warranty to the original purchaser from the date of order placement for defects in materials or workmanship under normal consumer use.
The warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized repair or modification, improper installation, incompatible accessories, external causes, cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality, or loss of data, software or files.
