GMKtec UK Shipping Policy
At GMKtec, we aim to process and deliver your order as safely and efficiently as possible.
1. Shipping destination
Orders placed on GMKtec UK are currently shipped to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery is primarily available to mainland UK addresses. Orders to Northern Ireland, offshore islands, remote areas, PO boxes, BFPO addresses, or other special regions may require manual review and may not always be available.

2. Shipping origin
Orders placed on our UK store are currently dispatched from mainland China through our warehouse and fulfilment partners.
Because of this, international transit and customs clearance procedures may apply before final delivery.
3. Order processing time
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully completed.
“Business days” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Processing may take longer during product launches, peak seasons, public holidays, stock transfers, or promotional campaigns.
4. Estimated delivery time
After dispatch, standard delivery to the United Kingdom usually takes approximately 7–14 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs clearance, local courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, address accuracy, and remote delivery locations.
Pre-order items or temporarily out-of-stock items may require additional time. Where applicable, the estimated shipping schedule will be stated on the product page or communicated separately by email.
5. Shipping methods
Orders are shipped through international logistics partners and final-mile delivery carriers selected according to the destination, parcel type, and service availability.
Depending on the shipment, your order may be delivered by DHL, UPS, local delivery partners, or other international shipping providers.
The actual carrier may vary from order to order.
6. Shipping costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on eligible orders placed through our UK store, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout.
Free shipping applies to the standard shipping service only. Any non-standard shipping fee, remote area surcharge, or special delivery charge will be shown on the product page, at checkout, or confirmed by email before shipment.
7. Customs and Clearance Fees
Because some orders are shipped from outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, courier clearance fees, or related charges may be requested by the carrier or customs authority before delivery in some cases.
Unless we have expressly stated on the product page, at checkout, or in your order confirmation that such charges will be reimbursed by GMKtec, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.
If a carrier requests payment and immediate action is required to avoid delay or return of the parcel, please keep your payment proof and the customs or courier receipt, then contact us with your order number and supporting documents within 7 days of payment.
Where GMKtec has expressly confirmed reimbursement in writing for your order, we will review the submitted documents and process the reimbursement accordingly.
8. Order changes and cancellations
Orders are usually processed quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Requests made within 12 hours of purchase may usually be reviewed before dispatch. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
If cancellation is requested after shipment, any related return shipping costs or handling costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law or confirmed by GMKtec.
9. Shipment tracking
After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after dispatch.
If you do not receive tracking details or have questions about the shipment status, please contact us.
10. Multiple parcels
If your order contains multiple products, accessories, or items from different stock batches, it may be shipped in separate parcels.
In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and the parcels may arrive at different times.
11. Remote area notice
Certain remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time or an additional delivery surcharge.
If an extra remote area surcharge is required for your address, we will contact you before shipment for confirmation.
